Delete your Slypp account

You can delete your Slypp account and the information in it at any time, in the app or the dashboard, or by asking us.

In the app or the dashboard

Log in to the Slypp app, or to the dashboard at app.slypp.io.
Open Settings and choose Delete account.
Enter your password and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Haven't picked a plan yet? Use "Delete your account" at the bottom of the Plans page instead.

On WhatsApp

Can't log in? Send us a WhatsApp message from the mobile number you log in with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

Your orders, including your customers' names, phone numbers, items and notes.
Your customers and what you saved for their next visit, such as measurements, and the photos and voice notes on your orders.
Your order fields, if you changed them.
Your name, mobile number and password.
The address and phone number printed on your slips.
Your sign-ins on every device.
Your plan, which ends at once.

What we keep

Invoices, payment records and payment proofs, for up to six years, because tax law requires it. They stay under your business name only.
Deleted information can remain in backups for a short time until they are replaced.
